Sibusiso is a passionate young man with a community-oriented vision. He grew up in Mpumalanga, and always did the best he could to help his community and his family. He moved to Johannesburg to find more opportunities while making a difference in South Africa for all.
Knowing that money is the easiest way to reach freedom, he became an operational manager in a Trading company. Thereafter got involved in politics to change South Africa from his core. Finally, he became involved in Isikhungo Sabantu and then Isikhungo Sabantu FSC sharing their vision around getting freedom through education and financial literacy.

Sibusiso started with Isikhungo Sabantu as an administration and quickly became a staff supervisor and part of management as his hard work and passion were noticeable by anyone coming through the office.
Sibusiso always went out of his way to recruit members and explain products to new clients even if that wasn’t part of his mandate.
We truly appreciate and recognize the effort and the hours that he has given to this organization and we are extremely grateful to work with individuals that care and are passionate about our organisation as much as we are.
